Upon receiving your setup information, your project space is ready within 24 hours.

There is no limit to the number of projects you can host, or the size of storage.

Prime is typically for general contractors who need to perform bidding activities with trades. It’s ideal for short-term, straightforward projects. If you’re interested in setting up your own project space, hosting content and inviting others, pricing starts at $50.00 per month for a basic Prime space. Pricing for Invitely Design is based on project type and specifications. Invitely clients receive a custom pricing proposal.

Both applications are free to users who have been invited to access a project on an existing portal.

If you don't have any projects hosted in a specific billing period, you don't pay.

No. Billing is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

You have full control over who can access and manage your projects. With Design, you have the option of using our in-house document management team.

Each Invitely portal has its own unique URL – linked from anywhere, including your company Planroom.

You’re in control. With Prime, you can be private or invite users with full access. With Design, companies and projects are private and viewed by invitation only.

Yes. If trades are registered with Invitely, you can search by trade, location, etc.

Projects and content can only be accessed with your granted permission. Our support team will assist with setup and permissions. These are subject to change at your discretion.

Yes. However, if they decide to respond to your invitation, they’ll need to register for a username and password to access your invite details. This is free.

Yes. We maintain multiple database and file backups.
